Shipping & Delivery Information
1 - Delivery, installation, replacement and return:
- Replacement, return and maintenance are done according to the original invoice
- The customer must notify the company 48 hours in advance in case of wanting to modify the delivery date.
- When buying the goods, the customer must ensure that the spaces are lifted and that the site accommodates them. Others shall be at the customer's expense and responsibility.
- If an invoice is made and the customer has not received its contents within 45 days from the date of issuing the invoice, a storage fee will be charged as follows:
* 60 days to 90 days in the warehouse 5% of the invoice value on the first month
* 90 days to 120 days will be 10% of the bill value on the second month
Then the invoice is automatically canceled and the customer may use the invoice value to buy the same items, but at the current price
- In case the customer receives the contents of the invoice and leaves it without installation, the company shall not be responsible for any damage or deficiencies in the contents of the invoice during the period of leaving it without installation.
- In case the customer or his representative receives the goods from the warehouse. The company shall not be responsible for any damage or damage that may occur to the contents of the invoice after receiving it from the customer or his representative.
- The company is not responsible for the installation or damage that may occur to the contents of the invoice if shipped by the customer inside or outside the Kingdom
- The company is not responsible for the installation or damage that may occur to the contents of the invoice if shipped by the shipping offices inside or outside the Kingdom
- If the customer wishes to cancel the invoice before delivery, he is entitled to a refund within 10 days.
- Returns and replacements are made in case of a clear manufacturing defect within 24 hours.
2 - Maintenance:
- The company provides free maintenance services for 5 years whenever possible on all wooden items covered (bedrooms - dining tables - sofa structures) which are delivered to the customer and installed by the company provided that the items are used by the customer himself
Maintenance does not include items not installed by the company and does not include malfunctions resulting from the misuse of the customer. The company installs it for free, and in the absence of spare parts the company is not responsible for it.
- Provide free maintenance service for 5 years whenever possible on the sponge while the damage was caused by a cause other than misuse
- Free maintenance service is provided for 5 years whenever possible on the spring, while damage is caused by a cause other than misuse
- Provide free maintenance service for 5 years whenever possible to customers outside the site of branches and connected by the company in the event of damage caused by a cause other than misuse
- The company provides free installation and dismantling service for one year (for the goods installed by the company) within the cities where our showroom without transportation for all the wooden items mentioned above, based on the schedule available
- The company does not provide maintenance and warranty service for the items covered by the liquidation
3 quality assurance:
- The company guarantees the mattresses of the bedrooms for a full 3 years, the guarantee of the agent from the date of purchase of the invoice and the company undertakes in the event of the emergence of a manufacturer defect of any rank during the period of warranty mentioned replacement free of charge provided that the original invoice is retained.
- Delivery with installation by the company includes the following cities and governorates:
Riyadh, Jeddah, Buraydah, Hofuf.
- For the rest of the areas outside the scope of the previous cities, shipping is done by a shipping company without installation
